Community Comes First For Clear Property!
Clear Property were recognised for their charitable work at the Negotiator Awards this week, where they won a bronze award in the ‘Community Champion of the Year’ category. They were also shortlisted for two further awards for ‘Small Lettings Agency’ and ‘Small Estate Agency’, from over 1,100 entries.
Kelly Forrester, Director of Clear Property, said:
“We were thrilled to win this award as it acknowledges the hard work we put into organising events such as the charity Halloween Fun Run.”
These awards are in addition to Clear Property’s recent listing in the Best Estate Agents Guide, placing them in the top 20% of the country for both Sales and Lettings.
Nearly 400 children participated in Clear Property’s Charity Halloween Fun Run, on Thursday 26 October, at Cowick Barton Playing Fields. The runners looked fantastic in fancy dress and enjoyed plenty of frights and fun. There was a terrific turn out of friends and families, who also enjoyed storytelling, a fancy-dress competition, bouncy castle and a BBQ. In its third year the Fun Run raised over £3, 300 – the profits will help fund vital projects to help the elderly, delivered by Age UK Exeter – a fantastic result!
About 50 amazing volunteers gave their time to ensure the event went smoothly and safely and please see attached photos from the Fun Run, more of which can be found on Clear Property’s Facebook Page
